Visitors immerse themselves in the rural life of deep Patagonia, enjoying typical field activities, regional tastings, and a traditional dinner. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The tour begins with pick-up from your accommodation starting at 5:30 PM. Upon arrival at the historic heart of the estancia, visitors are greeted with a warm welcome bonfire, where fried cakes and gaucho coffee are shared. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The host gauchos perform a demonstration of sheep herding and shearing work<\/strong>. Then, a guided walk through the organic garden and the original buildings of the estancia, until reaching the Calafate stream. At the Arroyo Viewpoint, there will be a tasting of candied lamb accompanied by mountain wine.  <\/p>\n<p>Before sunset, <strong>visitors will witness a short audiovisual projection in homage to the pioneers, before entering the El Quincho restaurant, where a traditional dinner with a live folk show awaits them<\/strong>.
