Cancellation and Modification Policies<\/b><\/h2>\n

Nomada Expeditions<\/b><\/p>\n

The client may<\/span> cancel or modify their reservation free of charge<\/b> up to<\/span> 24 hours before<\/b> the start of the service,<\/span> except in the case of group bookings<\/b>, which have a special policy detailed below.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to cancel or modify your reservation?<\/b><\/h3>\n

To request a cancellation or modification, you must contact N\u00f3mada Expeditions through:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • There are no charges.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 100% of the amount paid will be<\/span> refunded<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The refund will be made<\/span> using the same payment method and currency<\/b> chosen in the original purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      It is important to bear in mind that, although the refund is processed immediately, the <\/span>time it takes<\/b> for the money to be credited to the user’s account or card<\/span> depends exclusively on the bank or payment platform used<\/b>, and may take<\/span> up to 45 business days<\/b>.<\/span>
      \n<\/span> N\u00f3mada Expeditions<\/span> is not responsible for the crediting times<\/b> established by these entities.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Modifications more than 24 hours in advance<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • There are no administrative charges.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • No penalty applies for changing the date.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • If there is a rate difference, the user must pay the difference.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • All modifications are<\/span> subject to availability<\/b> on the new date requested.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cancellation and Modification Policy for Groups<\/b><\/h2>\n

        A group booking<\/span> is considered<\/b> to be any booking that includes<\/span> between 8 and 12 passengers<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Group bookings<\/span> may be canceled or modified free of charge up to 96 hours before<\/b> the start of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Once this period has passed,<\/span> cancellations or modifications will not be accepted<\/b>, and a charge of<\/span> 100% of the value of the reservation<\/b> will apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

        In the case of<\/span> reservations for more than 12 passengers<\/b>, the client must<\/span> consult in advance<\/b> the specific cancellation and\/or modification conditions, as these reservations will be subject to a<\/span> special policy<\/b> defined according to each specific case.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Cancellations or modifications less than 24 hours in advance<\/b><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • There will be no refund of the amount paid, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or modification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          No show<\/b><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • In the event of a no-show at the start of the service, a charge of<\/span> 100% of the value of the reservation<\/b> will apply.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Claims or refund requests will not be accepted, even in situations of force majeure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Exceptions for medical reasons<\/b><\/h3>\n

            Exceptionally, in order to analyze a possible cancellation or modification with less than 24 hours notice, the user may submit a<\/span> medical certificate<\/b> within<\/span> 72 hours after<\/b> the start of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Conditions of the medical certificate:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Must be issued by a<\/span> doctor registered in El Calafate<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Must belong to a<\/span> local medical institution<\/b> (public hospital, local private clinic, or home doctor).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              The certificate will be evaluated by the Service Provider, who will make an<\/span> exceptional<\/b> decision regarding the possibility of authorizing a cancellation, change of date, or eventual refund.<\/span>
              \n<\/span> The deadline to communicate this decision will be<\/span> up to 5 days<\/b> from the presentation of the certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n

              In the event that a cancellation free of charge is approved, this<\/span> will only apply to the people mentioned in the medical certificate<\/b>.
