Important Information for Torres del Paine Excursion

The excursion to Torres del Paine includes a border crossing between Argentina and Chile.
To participate without issues, it is essential to meet the following requirements before the day of the tour.

1. Entrance to Torres del Paine National Park

To access the Park, it is mandatory to have an admission ticket, which must be purchased in advance by entering the following official link:

We recommend purchasing the ticket 24 to 48 hours before the tour.
Please note that this ticket is non-refundable and corresponds to Torres del Paine National Parks.

2. SAG Sworn Statement (Entry to Chile)

All persons over 18 years of age must complete the Sworn Declaration of the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG) within 24 hours prior to the border crossing.

This form is mandatory and will be requested at the Chilean border control.

3. Mandatory Documentation for Border Crossing

The required documentation varies according to the passenger’s nationality and immigration status. All documents must be presented in physical format and in their current version.

Argentine passengers

  • Original ID or Passport informed in the reservation.

  • It must be the latest version and in good condition.

Foreign passengers

  • Visa or electronic visa (depending on nationality).

  • Passport or Mercosur Identity Card in physical format.

  • Proof of valid entry to Argentina.

Foreigners with residence in Argentina

  • Permanent residence: Physical Argentine ID (latest version).

  • Temporary residence: Passport from the country of origin + valid physical Argentine ID.

Under 18 years of age

4. Passenger Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to:

  • Verify the immigration requirements according to their nationality.

  • Process in advance visas, travel permits, and necessary documentation to enter or leave Argentina and Chile.

  • Present themselves for the tour with all documents printed and in order.

The lack of valid documentation prevents border crossing and no refund of the service applies.
