Safari Experience is a 4×4 tour that invites you to discover the immensity and silence of the steppe, combining nature, history, and gastronomy in an unforgettable day.
The tour begins with pick up from accommodations in El Calafate, heading south to the Patagonian steppe. As the vehicles advance, the landscape opens into a succession of plateaus, gullies, and natural formations that reveal the immensity and untouched beauty of the region.
During the safari, passengers can observe guanacos, foxes, choiques, hares, and condors, as well as discover native species of flora adapted to the extreme conditions of the Patagonian climate. The tour continues to a fossilized oyster reef and a visit to a Tehuelche chenque, an ancient indigenous burial site.
Finally, the circuit culminates in La Sección of Estancia 25 de Mayo, an authentic Patagonian house where a homemade lunch or dinner is served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside and with spectacular views of the mountains.
