Description
Experience the authentic Patagonian essence at Estancia 25 de Mayo with a complete experience that includes an afternoon on the ranch and dinner with a folk show. Visitors immerse themselves in the rural life of deep Patagonia, enjoying typical field activities, regional tastings, and a traditional dinner.
The tour begins with pick-up from your accommodation starting at 5:30 PM. Upon arrival at the historic heart of the estancia, visitors are greeted with a warm welcome bonfire, where fried cakes and gaucho coffee are shared.
The host gauchos perform a demonstration of sheep herding and shearing work. Then, a guided walk through the organic garden and the original buildings of the estancia, until reaching the Calafate stream. At the Arroyo Viewpoint, there will be a tasting of candied lamb accompanied by mountain wine.
Before sunset, visitors will witness a short audiovisual projection in homage to the pioneers, before entering the El Quincho restaurant, where a traditional dinner with a live folk show awaits them. Among guitars, dances, and typical dishes such as roast lamb, the evening culminates in an atmosphere of celebration and authenticity.
