1. Comments on the site

When you leave a comment in any section of the site:

2. Images and multimedia content

3. Bookings and excursion management

When you make a reservation or complete a form linked to a tour:

 

    • Personal data: name, surname, email, telephone, hotel, country of origin.

    • Information necessary to operate the service: tour date, number of people, ages, transfer details, customer observations.

    • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser.

This information is necessary to process the reservation, generate the PDF voucher, send confirmations, and coordinate the experience.

 

4. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your browsing experience. Among the most common:

 

    • Session and login cookies (if you have an account): these allow you to keep your session active.

    • Preference cookies: we remember your display options.

    • Technical cookies from WooCommerce/Booking: necessary to remember the contents of the cart or the booking steps.

Some pages include content from third parties (e.g., videos, maps, iframes).

    • Bookings: the information is stored for the time necessary for administrative management, internal control, and accounting obligations.

Your rights over your data

You can request at any time:

 

    • An exported file with all the personal data we have associated with you.

    • The elimination of your personal data, provided that there are no administrative or legal obligations that require keeping them (for example, booking history and vouchers necessary for auditing).
