How does the booking process work?
You can select the date, number of people, and confirm your reservation without paying online. You will receive an email with the details, and the Nómada team will contact you to coordinate payment and secure your spot.
Do the excursions include transportation from my hotel?
Most of our experiences offer pick-up and drop-off at hotels in the downtown area of El Calafate. In each excursion, you will see details of whether transportation is included or if it has an additional cost.
What happens if the weather does not allow the excursion to take place?
Patagonia is unpredictable. If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place, we offer free rescheduling or a full refund, depending on the case.
What clothing or equipment do I need for the excursions?
We recommend warm clothing in layers, comfortable and waterproof footwear, gloves, and a hat. For activities on ice or navigation, we provide the necessary technical equipment.
