Description

Discover the magic of sailing through the Beagle Channel in Ushuaia with this tour that combines unique landscapes, wildlife, and valuable historical content. During the cruise, you’ll visit Isla de los Lobos (Sea Lion Island), Isla de los Pájaros (Bird Island), and the iconic Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse. This is one of the most representative experiences of the End of the World, ideal for appreciating the natural beauty of the region from the water.

Those who opt for the cruise with included transfer will be picked up at their hotel at the previously coordinated time and transferred to the port of Ushuaia.

The tour begins at the port, located a few minutes from the city center, from where you’ll sail through Ushuaia Bay until entering the Beagle Channel through Paso Chico.

The first observation point is Isla de los Pájaros, home to various Fuegian bird species such as skuas, black-browed albatrosses, steamer ducks, upland geese, and seagulls. Then, you’ll continue to Isla de los Lobos, where you can observe colonies of one and two-haired sea lions. Both islands are part of the Bridges archipelago.

The cruise continues to the iconic Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, one of the great symbols of the End of the World. In this sector, you can observe imperial and rock cormorants, while the guide shares historical accounts, including the story of the SS Monte Cervantes shipwreck.

To finish the experience, you’ll return sailing to the port while enjoying the last postcards of Ushuaia, with the city framed by the Martial mountain range as a backdrop.

Important: These tours start at the Port of Ushuaia, located 300 meters from the city center.
