Most of our experiences offer pick-up and drop-off at hotels in the downtown area of El Calafate. Each excursion details whether transportation is included or has an additional cost.

Patagonia is unpredictable. If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place, we offer rescheduling at no cost or a full refund, depending on the case.

We recommend warm clothing in layers, comfortable and waterproof footwear, gloves, and a hat. For activities on ice, we provide the necessary technical equipment.
